We believe that Allah (SWT) is the ultimate provider of sustenance, and all means of earning come by His will. MANSCLOUD serves only as a facilitating platform to help individuals connect with work opportunities and earn a livelihood with dignity.

MANSCLOUD is a free digital platform that enables individuals to be hired for solving everyday problems, ranging from general household tasks to physically demanding work such as loading and unloading. The platform is designed to connect service seekers with skilled and hardworking individuals who are essential to daily life.

Although many of these individuals possess valuable skills and professional experience, a significant number may not hold formal educational certifications. As a result, they often remain limited to local or informal work opportunities. MANSCLOUD aims to bridge this gap by providing them with wider exposure and access to work opportunities across all regions of Bangladesh, without limitations of time, location, or boundaries.

We strongly believe that these workers represent the core workforce and backbone of the nation, and MANSCLOUD is committed to highlighting their value and contribution to society.

For service seekers, MANSCLOUD functions as a secure digital data center, where worker information is stored safely and responsibly. This allows you to confidently select individuals for your personal, household, or professional needs. To ensure transparency and security, all payments for services hired through MANSCLOUD must be made only via MANSCLOUD’s official bKash or designated bank account. 

After your application is submitted, it will be reviewed and verified within 7 days, after which your profile will become visible online.

To complete the registration process, you must provide a clear image of your National ID (front and back) or a valid passport (full identification page). Applicants must be at least 14 years of age, in accordance with the Bangladesh Labour Act, 2006, and must provide a valid phone number.
 Applicants under the age of 18 are required to upload a valid Birth Certificate for age verification. If you have any disabilities, you are required to upload official supporting documentation in PDF or image format as proof. 

We continuously strive to maintain a safe environment for you, your family, your home, and your workplace.

We acknowledge that some workers may face challenges such as limited literacy or lack of experience using smartphones or digital platforms. In such cases, we kindly request users and community members to assist them during the registration process, ensuring inclusivity and equal opportunity for all. 


Payment Terms and Conditions

9. The minimum payment for one full day of work must be completed within 3 hours of form submission; otherwise, the hiring request will be automatically canceled and cannot proceed. If the selected worker is unavailable after payment confirmation, a full refund will be issued according to platform policy.

Disclaimer and Important Note

We hereby clarify and remind all users that MANSCLOUD is a digital platform solely designed to help individuals connect and communicate with one another. MANSCLOUD does not directly employ, supervise, manage, or control either the hiring party or the hired individual.

In the event of any dispute, misconduct, injury, loss, accident, or unforeseen incident occurring during or after the completion of work, MANSCLOUD shall not be held responsible or liable. All users are strongly advised to exercise due diligence, caution, and responsibility when hiring services or performing work.

Important Note:
 MANSCLOUD securely stores and protects the complete information of both service seekers and service providers. The National Identification (NID) number is used as the primary identification reference for all users to ensure authenticity and accountability. Users are encouraged to remain vigilant and to support one another in maintaining a safe, trustworthy, and secure platform.

By using this platform, both parties acknowledge and accept these conditions and agree to proceed carefully, responsibly, and respectfully.

Important Restrictions for Persons Under 18 Years of Age

Minimum age requirements are applied in accordance with the Bangladesh Labour Act, 2006, which permits work participation under regulated conditions. MANSCLOUD complies with applicable national laws and regulations. 

Under the Bangladesh Labour Act, 2006, individuals below 18 years of age are subject to the following restrictions to ensure their safety, health, and well-being:

MANSCLOUD strictly follows these legal guidelines and reserves the right to restrict or remove work access for users under 18 to ensure full compliance with national law.


শর্তাবলি ও নিয়মাবলি 

অনুগ্রহ করে এই প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করার আগে শর্তাবলি ও নিয়মাবলি মনোযোগ সহকারে পড়ুন।

আমরা বিশ্বাস করি যে আল্লাহ (সুবহানাহু ওয়া তা‘আলা)ই একমাত্র রিজিকদাতা, এবং প্রত্যেকের উপার্জন তাঁরই ইচ্ছায় নির্ধারিত। MANSCLOUD কেবল একটি সহায়ক মাধ্যম, যা মানুষকে কাজের সুযোগের সঙ্গে সংযুক্ত করে সম্মানের সাথে জীবিকা নির্বাহে সহায়তা করে।

MANSCLOUD একটি বিনামূল্যের ডিজিটাল প্ল্যাটফর্ম, যেখানে সাধারণ দৈনন্দিন কাজ থেকে শুরু করে কষ্টসাধ্য কাজ যেমন মালামাল ওঠানো–নামানোর মতো সেবার জন্য মানুষ নিয়োগ করা যায়। এই প্ল্যাটফর্মটি সমাজের অপরিহার্য ও পরিশ্রমী মানুষদের সঙ্গে সেবা গ্রহণকারীদের সংযোগ স্থাপন করে।

যদিও এসব কর্মীর অনেকেই দক্ষ ও অভিজ্ঞ, তবুও অধিকাংশের কাছে আনুষ্ঠানিক শিক্ষাগত সনদ নেই। ফলে তারা সাধারণত সীমিত পরিসরে কাজ করতে বাধ্য হন। MANSCLOUD এই সীমাবদ্ধতা দূর করে বাংলাদেশের প্রতিটি অঞ্চলে, সময় ও স্থানের বাধা ছাড়াই কাজের সুযোগ পৌঁছে দিতে কাজ করে।

আমরা দৃঢ়ভাবে বিশ্বাস করি যে এই কর্মীরাই দেশের মূল শক্তি ও চালিকাশক্তি। MANSCLOUD তাদের শ্রম, দক্ষতা ও অবদানকে যথাযথভাবে তুলে ধরতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ।

সেবা গ্রহণকারীদের জন্য MANSCLOUD একটি নিরাপদ ডিজিটাল ডেটা সেন্টার, যেখানে কর্মীদের তথ্য নিরাপদভাবে সংরক্ষণ করা হয়। এর মাধ্যমে আপনি নিশ্চিন্তে আপনার ব্যক্তিগত, পারিবারিক বা অফিসের কাজের জন্য উপযুক্ত কর্মী নির্বাচন করতে পারবেন। স্বচ্ছতা ও নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করতে MANSCLOUD-এর মাধ্যমে নিয়োগকৃত যেকোনো কাজের সমস্ত PAYMENT অবশ্যই MANSCLOUD-এর নির্ধারিত bKash অথবা  Bank account মাধ্যমে সম্পন্ন করতে হবে। 

আপনার আবেদন জমা দেওয়ার পর তা ৭ দিনের মধ্যে যাচাই ও অনুমোদন করা হবে। যাচাই সম্পন্ন হলে আপনার প্রোফাইল অনলাইনে দৃশ্যমান হবে।

নিবন্ধন সম্পন্ন করতে আপনাকে জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্রের (সামনে ও পেছনের অংশ) পরিষ্কার ছবি অথবা বৈধ পাসপোর্টের সম্পূর্ণ পরিচয় পৃষ্ঠা প্রদান করতে হবে। আবেদনকারীর বয়স অবশ্যই ন্যূনতম ১৪ বছর হতে হবে, যা বাংলাদেশ শ্রম আইন, ২০০৬ অনুযায়ী অনুমোদিত, এবং একটি কার্যকর ফোন নম্বর প্রদান করা আবশ্যক। আপনার যদি কোনো প্রতিবন্ধকতা থাকে, তবে তার সরকারি প্রমাণপত্র PDF বা ছবির ফরম্যাটে আপলোড করতে হবে।

আমরা সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি যেন আপনি, আপনার পরিবার, বাড়ি ও কর্মস্থল সর্বদা নিরাপদ থাকে।

আমরা অবগত যে কিছু কর্মী পড়তে বা লিখতে সক্ষম নাও হতে পারেন কিংবা স্মার্টফোন ব্যবহারে পর্যাপ্ত দক্ষ নাও হতে পারেন। এ ধরনের ক্ষেত্রে আমরা সবাইকে নিবন্ধন প্রক্রিয়ায় তাদের সহায়তা করার জন্য বিশেষভাবে অনুরোধ জানাই, যাতে কেউ সুযোগ থেকে বঞ্চিত না হয়।


অর্থপ্রদানের শর্তাবলি 


দায়বদ্ধতা সংক্রান্ত ঘোষণা ও গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নোট

আমরা স্পষ্টভাবে জানিয়ে দিতে চাই যে MANSCLOUD একটি ডিজিটাল প্ল্যাটফর্ম, যার মূল উদ্দেশ্য হলো মানুষকে একে অপরের সাথে সংযোগ ও যোগাযোগ স্থাপনে সহায়তা করা। MANSCLOUD কোনোভাবেই নিয়োগকারী বা কর্মীকে সরাসরি নিয়ন্ত্রণ, তদারকি বা পরিচালনা করে না।

কাজ চলাকালীন বা কাজ সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর যদি কোনো বিরোধ, অসদাচরণ, আঘাত, ক্ষতি, দুর্ঘটনা বা অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত ঘটনা ঘটে, সে ক্ষেত্রে MANSCLOUD কোনো দায়িত্ব বা আইনি দায় বহন করবে না। তাই সকল ব্যবহারকারীকে কাজ নেওয়া ও কাজ করার সময় সর্বোচ্চ সতর্কতা, দায়িত্বশীলতা ও সচেতনতা অবলম্বন করার জন্য বিশেষভাবে অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।

গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নোট:
 MANSCLOUD সেবা গ্রহণকারী ও সেবা প্রদানকারী—উভয়ের সম্পূর্ণ তথ্য নিরাপদভাবে সংরক্ষণ ও সুরক্ষিত রাখে। সকল ব্যবহারকারীর জন্য জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র (NID) নম্বর প্রধান পরিচয় হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হয়, যাতে পরিচয় যাচাই ও জবাবদিহিতা নিশ্চিত করা যায়। সবাইকে সতর্ক থাকার এবং একটি নিরাপদ, বিশ্বাসযোগ্য ও সুরক্ষিত প্ল্যাটফর্ম গড়ে তুলতে পরস্পরকে সহায়তা করার জন্য উৎসাহিত করা হচ্ছে।

এই প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে উভয় পক্ষই উপরোক্ত শর্তাবলি মেনে নিতে সম্মত হন এবং সতর্কতা, দায়িত্ববোধ ও পারস্পরিক সম্মানের ভিত্তিতে কাজ পরিচালনার অঙ্গীকার করেন।

১৮ বছরের কম বয়সীদের জন্য গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সীমাবদ্ধতা

আইনি টীকা:
 ন্যূনতম বয়স সংক্রান্ত শর্তাবলি বাংলাদেশ শ্রম আইন, ২০০৬ অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত, যেখানে নির্দিষ্ট শর্তসাপেক্ষে কাজের অনুমতি প্রদান করা হয়েছে। MANSCLOUD প্রযোজ্য সকল জাতীয় আইন ও বিধিমালা অনুসরণ করে পরিচালিত হয়।


বাংলাদেশ শ্রম আইন, ২০০৬ অনুযায়ী, ১৮ বছরের কম বয়সী ব্যক্তিদের নিরাপত্তা, স্বাস্থ্য ও কল্যাণ নিশ্চিত করার জন্য নিম্নলিখিত সীমাবদ্ধতাগুলো প্রযোজ্য:

MANSCLOUD এই আইনসমূহ কঠোরভাবে অনুসরণ করে এবং আইন মেনে চলার জন্য প্রয়োজনে ১৮ বছরের কম বয়সী ব্যবহারকারীদের কাজের সুযোগ সীমিত বা বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
